“Big Or” Unveils Evidence of Lawyer Tum’s Attempt to Flee and Tamper with Witnesses.

Bangkok: "Big Or" has highlighted the urgent need for an arrest warrant against "Lawyer Tum," citing evidence of his attempts to flee the country and tamper with witnesses. The police are currently handling three ongoing cases, with additional charges pending. According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Lt. Gen. Akkaradej Pimolsri, the assistant national police chief, announced the arrest of Lawyer Tum and his wife, following directives from the national police chief to conduct a thorough investigation. The police had been gathering evidence over a period of time, ensuring it was robust enough to issue an arrest warrant. It was revealed that Lawyer Tum and his wife had a history of attempting to escape the country, likely aware of the impending arrest warrant. Lawyer Tum reportedly left his home in Taling Chan at 9:00 a.m., two hours before the court approved the arrest warrant, heading towards a neighboring country to the east. The Crime Suppression Division police coordinated with local highway police to intercep t them before they could leave the country. Officers tracked their movement from Bangkok to the suburbs, ultimately deciding to intervene to prevent their escape. Pol. Lt. Gen. Akkaradej further explained that the arrest warrant was issued due to Lawyer Tum's interference in the 'Madam Oi' case involving 71 million baht. He had been seen in various locations, purportedly pressuring and threatening witnesses. Although Lawyer Tum and his wife claimed they were on a spiritual retreat, the police regarded this as the accused exercising their right to speak. The 71 million baht fraud case was pivotal in prompting the arrest warrant, with additional charges being prepared for a 39 million baht cryptocurrency case, a 13 million baht Benz case, and a 9 million baht hotel case. Regarding potential accomplices, the assistant commissioner-general of the Royal Thai Police stated that no additional arrest warrants are currently planned, though the situation remains under consideration. He assured that despite Lawyer Tum 's legal knowledge and potential connections with high-ranking officials, justice would be served impartially, emphasizing, "No one is above the law. All living beings are subject to karma, but the work of the police must be honest, clear, transparent, and just."
