Commander Confirms Film Ratthaphum Yet to Postpone Charge Acknowledgement.

Bangkok: The Commander of the Crime Suppression Division has disclosed that Film Ratthaphum has not yet taken steps to delay acknowledging charges against him. Meanwhile, authorities are prepared to address any complaints regarding Madam Oi's will, should she choose to file. According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Col. Montree Thesakan, who leads the Crime Suppression Division, stated that no representative of Madam Oi has yet approached the division to lodge a complaint against Mr. Sittra Biabangkerd, also known as Lawyer Tum, concerning the will. He affirmed that individuals are welcome to file complaints if they wish. Madam Oi has been questioned extensively about the will and related matters, but as of now, she has not filed a formal complaint. If new complaints emerge, they will be examined, and further questioning may occur if necessary. Lawyer Tum faces seven additional charges in a 39 million baht fraud case. These charges include joint fraud, entering false information into computer systems, reporting false information to officials, and money laundering. The decision regarding further summonses or arrest warrants awaits the Attorney General's input. Nonetheless, police are preparing the case file. Lawyer Tum, who has legal representation, can still represent himself in court if needed. Professor Panathep Puaphongphan has revealed a financial trail for Lawyer Tum exceeding 100 million baht, separate from Madam Oi's finances. Investigations are ongoing, focusing on the alleged wrongdoings. Regarding Mr. Ratthaphum Tokongsub, or Film, there has been no communication to postpone his summons. Any postponement request must demonstrate a valid reason for absence. Typically, two summonses are issued before any arrest warrant consideration. Currently, no warrant has been issued as further evidence evaluation is pending.
