Cyber police are ready to perform their duties accordingly. The Royal Decree on Measures to Prevent and Suppress Technology Crimes B.E. 2566 (2023)

To be in line with the current technological crime situation. to protect people from being victims of scammers Prevent the loss of property through fraud through various methods. and to prevent the suppression of such crimes to decrease or expire soon by cyber police officers ready to perform their duties to provide convenience and justice to the people

In this regard, the aforementioned Decree contains issues that police officers must comply with. and issues that the public should be aware of as follows:

1. When people are deceived Or suspected to be a victim of fraud (Section 7, 8), hurry to inform the bank. or financial institutions via the number of a financial disaster notification center immediately in order to deter suspicious financial transactions or relating to the commission of a temporary offense Then speed up the process of reporting complaints to investigators at any police station across the country. 4. Disclosure and exchange of personal information under this Royal Decree is not subject to the law on personal data protection. However, it cannot be disclosed to other persons who do not have relevant duties (Section 12).

5. This Royal Decree is enforced for the initial term of 5 years by requiring a committee to set guidelines for the prevention and suppression of technological crime. including giving advice and advice on the performance of officials (Article 13)
