Bangkok: Executives and employees of MCOT Public Company Limited paid their respects to His Majesty King Rama IX on the occasion of His Majesty the King's birthday. Mr. Phatiyuth Jaisawang, Acting Director-General of MCOT Public Company Limited, along with the company's executives and staff, participated in a ceremony to honor the late monarch. According to Thai News Agency, the event included making merit by offering alms to monks from Wat Phra Ram 9 Kanchanaphisek. This ceremony took place at the premises of MCOT Public Company Limited, in recognition of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great's birthday on December 5, 2024, which is also celebrated as Father's Day. The participants expressed their gratitude for the late king's significant contributions to the country, acknowledging his efforts in fostering peace and happiness among the people, as well as his dedication to numerous royal duties throughout his 70-year reign.
