Bangkok: Thai stocks closed with a sharp increase of 32.41 points. The Stock Exchange of Thailand ended the trading day at 1,220.27 points, marking a rise of 32.41 points, equivalent to a 2.73% increase. The trading value for the day was approximately 53,984.70 million baht.
According to Thai News Agency, the stock index showed significant activity, particularly in the afternoon session, reaching its highest point at 1,220.27 before the markets closed. Throughout the day, the index also touched its lowest at 1,195.24 points. In terms of securities, 417 saw an increase, 112 experienced a decline, and 142 remained unchanged by the end of the trading session.
