DESCRIPTION

 

1 From the strong tropical storm “NORU” (NORU)” in the Pacific Ocean moving in the west slightly south west moving through the Republic of the Philippines into the Central South China Sea The storm moved ashore in the area. Upper Socialist Republic of Vietnam Moved into Thailand around Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province on September 28. 2022 at 6:00 p.m. causing heavy to very heavy rains with strong winds in the North, the Northeast and Central region for the southwest monsoon that prevails over the Andaman Sea. Southern and Gulf of Thailand There is strength.Between 28-30 September 2022 there is a flood and windstorm in 11 provinces (Phetchabun, Amnat Charoen, Sisaket. Yasothon Ubon Ratchathani Khon Kaen Chaiyaphum, Mukdahan, Saraburi, Chainat , Sakaeo) 35 district 72 sub-district 166 m. Impact: 3,121 households , 1 death (male, Sisaket Province, cause of wind blowing a tree on top of a car), 2 injured (male, Sisaket Province, cause of wind blowing a tree over a car)
