These temples have started purchasing watermelons in bulk and distributing them to villagers, aiming to alleviate the financial strain on farmers due to the price drop. Additionally, Buddhist leaders from 85 countries have gathered for the 20th World Visakha Bucha Day, further emphasizing the global significance of Buddhist teachings and community cooperation in times of economic difficulty.
