The investigation had enough evidence to indict that they were guilty of the crime. 'Being an alien conducting business without permission and being an alien, giving consent to a person of Thai nationality or a juristic person who is not an alien Provide assistance or support or participate in foreign business operations. which is a business in which the foreigner is not permitted to conduct business according to the law" and "is a director, partner or person with authority to act on behalf of the juristic person Connivance with the wrongdoing of a juristic person or did not take reasonable steps to prevent that offense from occurring.'

2.Special case number 39/2021, case of accusations against Sunny Views Company Limited by Ms. Irina, an authorized director.
