1.Special Case No. 38/2021, the case of accusations against Leaf Lucky Company Limited by Ms. Oksana Authorized Director As a representative of a juristic person and Mr. David (surname withheld) in his personal capacity, a total of 2 people committed an offense under the Foreign Business Act of 1999. The investigation had enough evidence to indict that they were guilty of the crime. 'Being an alien conducting business without permission and being an alien, giving consent to a person of Thai nationality or a juristic person who is not an alien Provide assistance or support or participate in foreign business operations. which is a business in which the foreigner is not permitted to conduct business according to the law" and "is a director, partner or person with authority to act on behalf of the juristic person Connivance with the wrongdoing of a juristic person or did not take reasonable steps to prevent that offense from occurring.'

2.Special case number 39/2021, case of accusations against Sunny Views Company Limited by Ms. Irina, an authorized director. As a representative of a juristic person, Mr. Yossi, Company Director As a private person and Miss Irina (Last name reserved) Authorized committee member As representatives of juristic persons, a total of 3 people committed an offense under the Foreign Business Act of 1999. The investigation found enough evidence to charge that they were guilty.
